Granddaughter : GrandPa, is the GOP guilty of contempt for using insurance companies as a shield against unconstitutional behavior from the locally ‘insured police,’ who allow themselves to become servants of babylon’s whores?

GrandPa : Yes. The local prosecutors are now dropping charges against those who were illegally arrested to try and make this oversight disappear like a fart in the wind.

I hesitated about writing to ask about having the charges dropped. Can you imagine the Supreme Court finding the GOP in contempt of the United States of America’s Constitution? I can’t either. But ain’t it a lovely thought?

09.19.08 Dear Tina,

This post is simply to say I managed to see the recent dig on Saturday Night Live and to embarrass myself by saying I did not realize that it was not actually Sarah Palin doing the skit.
The skit was marvelous, and I shall try to watch those that are now being planned for later broadcast. I’m posting this on my blog in hopes that anyone who did not see it will find the means to watch.

09.18.08 A Proper Understanding of Symbolism

Some folk are so heavenly minded they are of no earthly good. This often happens when folk are exposed to evangelical judaism and their evangelist, ‘christ’ jesus! The original existed as a mere mortal man named Jesus, who was murdered for heresy and later resurrected as a servant of the “Father.”* (*judaism, the originator of the heresy Jesus spoke of!) What did Jesus say that got him early retirement? “You don’t have to throw a goat into a volcano in order for “God” to say “I Love You!” ( The local saddupharisees were certain this was heresy!)

Removing the book of genesis from one of the courtroom’s many bibles and ripping it in half was an act of symbolism. May I “esplain” it to you? Pagan fiction is useful. It should not be used in the context of causing a society to believe it is actually true because ‘believing’ fiction is true (when it is not) causes aberrations in the space time continuum. This is why it is important to worship “God” in the spirit of truth, to minimize the aberrations in the space/time continuum. Preventing these aberrations also has the side benefit of helping us “love another,” another hot topic that can get people crucified! In the year 2001, folk learned they could ‘crucify’ society by flying planes into buildings.

Can “God” play chess, assuming that there is a “God?” What would happen if “God” showed up one day, in one of the many, global courtrooms, and removed the book of Genesis, ripping it in half? What would it mean?

That God had ‘castled?’ What does that mean? How’s about, no more prayers will be answered until those who pray use intellectual honesty. Judaism is not and has never been an exercise in intellectual honesty and christianity cannot be either until it admits that Adam and Eve never existed until judaism’s elders said “Let it be!”

The benefit of christians admitting that adam and eve never existed comes with that thought leading to the reality that there was no original sin. When the body of ‘chrsit’ (sic) realizes there was no original sin, judaism’s genie goes poof, right back into that bottle of imagination it sprang from. No christ, just the memory of Jesus trying to set things right and being the victim of historical revision, like our ’secular’ founding fathers, today!

Judasim is not real, but equality could be, if we ‘love one another!’

09.17.08 “Tired Old Judge Got Roughed Up Too!”

Granddaughter : GrandPa, you told the courtroom/entrance security yesterday morning you “were making a statement for the record.” What was it?

GrandPa : That the T shirts are ‘created’ ‘to show bias where bias does not belong.’

Granddaughter : Where does the bias begin (The cause behind the cause behind the cause)?

Grandpa : That is easily established with the actions of one of the officers, who told me I would be taken to the ‘jail for contempt’ if I did not ‘remove the shirt before entering the courtroom.’ I later told an attorney, (representing the judge) that it was “protected free speech” (he had to fetch the citation from the library for the judge to read) and that “constitutional jurisdiction extended from the hall way (where it was okay to wear the shirt) into the courtroom,” where it is okay to wear the shirt! To make a longer story shorter, I wore the shirt that day everywhere I was required to go, and it did not include the jail. (This action made more than a few, madder than hell!) (“30 days contempt!”) (Is that another example of bias where bias does not belong, do daah, doo daah?)

That officer’s threat was made from a state of ignorance. This implies that it was judicial ignorance that motivated his actions. I suppose it is natural for a courthouse custodial officer to dislike seeing any shirt that says “Fuck!” on it, many believe it to be profanity, and when they read “god damn” their ‘kosher’ eyes begin to cry “Foul!”

“Free Speech includes T shirts.” … Supreme Court?

(Note to the district attorney, on whose authority was I turned away from entry to the courtroom, and later arrested for ‘failure to appear’ after going to the sheriff’s department and speaking with the chief detective? Who gave the officer the authority to say I could not enter the building because I was wearing a shirt that read ” Fuck North Carolina’s Judicial Ignorance, Transylvania’s too!”? You will have to answer these questions! lol)

Granddaughter : And where does the bias begin, is it from the bible, the source of the shadows for many of this world’s ills, shadows that are to be included in this current ‘global war on terrorism?’ (countermanded?)

GrandPa : Yes. It’s even mentioned in Everything You Know About God Is Wrong: The Disinformation Guide to Religion. The Lord’s sheep are told to accept government as though it were installed by “God” the almighty. (Unless it’s a government outside the boundaries of the U. S. of A.) Many judges say, “well there is a valid issue regarding the establishment clause, but when I was born the bible was in the courtroom, so it must be God’s will!” It ain’t. Slavery is not part of God’s will, which isn’t challenged in the bible. Why? If “God” has had anything to do with America’s birth, and equality has anything to do with “God‘s” will, then the constitution got it right where the bible got it wrong, like the “Adam and Eve, and the snakes with three leaves,” make believe. Want to hear another poem?

Granddaughter : Sure, let her rip.

GrandPa : It deals with the fiction of the bible and begins with genesis 3:16 being a lie.

Which is to say the earth is not flat and it’s time for Americans who think they are ‘in christ jesus’ to wake up and smell the bloodshed committed in the always current neoconic endeavors dispensed from “Hell’s Bottom,” that real estate parcel the Pentagon was actually built on!

What’s the bottom line? Jesus is not lord, “the christ” of judasim is! Their not the same thing folks. Jesus said ‘turn the other cheek’, and Gee Dubya says “God” called him to “slap it.” Why? Gomer Wardick is a bastard jew who believes there are seasons where “God” requires war, and more importantly, that God starts it, instead of (possibly) finishing it. This distinction may be missed by some. I do what I can and am certain to fall short. Not to worry. There may be a tomorrow where someone can rectify the nature of the problem!

09.16.08 Straight Jacket Required, lol

Made it back to 29-b for another shot at ripple activism. There were a few surprises and I was actually able to talk to an attorney about some of what was going on in the world of ‘elford gnofleas.’ For the record, I wore two shirts, one was a black T from Eastbay or Final-Score .com which included a large picture of the “Original Joker” in gold print. Ordered it by mail a week or two before Heath died. Thought it was odd. (Should be easy enough to check the records, eh!) Also carried two more as evidence so I could harass some of the deputies who lied when they gave their depositions regarding an incident requiring part of today’s visit. Even had the opportunity to actually say “Mr. Fuck The God Damned Bible” while standing in court. (We had just taken a break for lunch, and I told the attorney that he should not doubt my ability to say the same thing when the judge returned.) I seriously doubt that they will drop the case, which at this point looks a hell of a lot like entrapment. They do not realize that they can not create circumstances that have me begging their false God of judaism for forgiveness.

My only real concern, and it’s a weak one, is how this plays out on those closest to me, my wife, mother and son. I’m comforted by a verse of scripture from that goddamned book. Sometimes family has to take a back seat to the need of the day. Just a few moments ago I spoke with my son. While I was somewhat apologetic at causing or being an embarrassment, I told him nothing would make me happier than having a tomb stone that read, “Here lies a man who removed the book of Genesis from an America courtroom (NC chapter of ignorance).” I intend to be cremated, but can you imagine strolling through a cemetery and finding a stone that read that way? Awesome!

The good part of the day was ‘time’ to begin a new book.  The title is Everything You Know About God Is Wrong: The Disinformation Guide to Religion: Neil Gaiman, Richard Dawkins, Russ Kick: Books” edited by Russ Kick. I was pleasantly surprised to see one of my favorite people discussed in one section. I hope to finish it tomorrow in more controlled (quieter) circumstances.

It felt good to share with the others who had gathered to get their 15 in 29 -B. After my arrival I held up both shirts so they could be read by anyone who chose to. “Fuck The Draft and Constitutional Ignorance, Genesis is A Lie” and “Fuck North Carolina’s Judicial Ignorance, Transylvania’s too!” (As you can imagine, I’m making lots of new friends!) Do you think any of these folk know I’m acting out just to show dubya and company (psi corp ) their on the wrong damn team? Probably not. Hell, I have doubts that many within the corp are privy to my angst. Rest assured I can handle anything they throw my way. Even water boarding. Fuck Bush and his god damned lies. Marines are not meant to be mercenaries for Babylon’s GOP. There’s not a damn thing anyone can do to “CHANGE” me! Not even all the prayers from all the angels* in heaven will have an influence on my desire to see the bible removed from the courtroom. Can you imagine meeting one* and getting an assignment to remove the book of Genesis for judicial perusal? Lol

I do not traffic in fear, just an abundance of patience. Two more shirts came today and January 19th gets closer every day.

Ps. Got’s to get a psych evaluation to see if I’m sane enough to be prosecuted for protesting Dubya’s use of preemptive strike doctrine, aka first degree murder. I was surprised to be told that the DA and the state would expect me to ‘pay for a new bible.’ They really don’t get it. The symbolism I mean. I could care less about using church money to pay for a bible. They need to understand that from now on, all prayers are in vain when their hands are stained. Rest assured, mine are not!

Who knows, maybe when the NC judiciary steps up and shows some intellectual honesty, some kind of magical osmosis will kick in and influence those sinners elsewhere!

09.15.08  Stem Cells And The GOP

Granddaughter : GrandPa, can stem cell research undo the damage religious ignorance and the lack of separation between church and state have caused Uncle Sam?

GrandPa : Theoretically, memory could be influenced by new brain cell growth, but it’s not likely they have the capacity to rewrite what is already stored in cells close by.

I must confess a certain lack of understanding regarding just how cell research could benefit humanity and the GOP. I did read of a Brazilian doctor who allegedly used them to help grow new tissue in a heart damaged from a myocardial infarction (heart attack).  While the story may not be true, in principle, that is exactly the kind of possibility stem cells research  could provide.  The restoration of cell function and the lessening of suffering in those who are ill as well as their loved ones.

Personally, my first wife has dealt with diabetes all of her adult life. The condition, surfacing in her teens, has been said by some to skip generations so now our  own granddaughters could inherit the predisposition and experience the same hardships she has had to face.  Can you imagine how a grandmother or mother might feel watching a child’s life become complicated by disease, possibly even to the point of death and having to live with the knowledge that their own DNA was the cause of the disease?  While I am a male, I can still empathize with the thought that an abortion would be better than seeing a child or grandchild suffer because of religious ignorance like that which is rampant within the GOP and the greater body of christ jesus.

This is why it is important to know that Eve did not arrive through creative use of Adam’s rib. Eve’s arrival, (the human species) came through millions of years of evolution and with the help of chimpanzees and or bonoboes. Without the earlier DNA contributions we would not be here now with the ability to proclaim that stem cell research is a sin because pagan fiction causes us to believe it is so.  These circles are maddening. Lol

Stem cell research is grace personified.  Do you know someone who “believes” that statement is a lie? Tell them the earth is not flat, and that ‘jews’ are not and have never been the apple of “God’s eye.”  We would all be better off if the body of christ  would simply kiss their collective ignorance good bye!

Is that too harsh for the spoon fed ‘true believers of judaism’ who  think they are superior to their ultra orthodox elders because they have been ‘washed in the blood?’
