Learned something new in court today. If I follow the EPA’s lead, in about another nine months (the end of wardick’s presidency should ‘heysus’ tarry) I’ll be a whole new person. Remember, it’s “quality research” (study) not quantity of what needs to be studied!
It was my heart’s desire to place a motion before traffic court today and watch the judge remove the bible from Transylvania’s courtroom. It was, for lack of better words, a let down. : ( I thought we lived in a democracy and a citizen had the right to make a motion on whatever ‘said citizen’ might feel relevant and worthy of the court’s time. Spilling hot coffee at a fast food drive through has a better chance at scoring points than standing up to say let’s save lives in the middle east. It’s as though the judge saw it coming and did not want to declare publicly a decision to be either an American or a bastard jew. Transylvania, et al., is serving it’s self some wicked karma.
Well, you know what they say, the attrition from second effort can make a difference. Being, to my knowledge, the only resident claimant of the rotational “groundhog day” made famous by brother Bill, I’ll simply try a different way next time. If a motion won’t work, the rube’s force majeure might be an impossible pursuit! Where there’s a will there’s a way and I am not afraid to try. In fact, I find it more of a challenge (fun) without official legal assistance, though the bar was helpful today from both sides. There was some protest, but they even let me wear my shirt that said “Fuck the Draft and Constitutional Ignorance. Genesis is a Lie.” It was purchased for a designated assignment. I have been promised a visit to jail for contempt if I show up in Anson County wearing the shirt. (James Crowe Jr.?) Should I go “where graces entices” me? lol
Who knows? If it were not going to frost tonight and put some of the new maples in possible danger I might have stepped it up a notch. No hurry. If the EPA can pace it’s self and do nothing while Bush is in command of their busy schedule, I can kick back and trim the bonsai. Oh yeah, apologies to the judiciary for mistakenly blaming them for taking my license. I learned today it was the DMV. (big difference?) Actually, if the judge had recognized the symbolism it might have been thrown out. It wasn’t and now we get to consider what chapter to write next. I’ll try and find the time to actually write to the attorney general pertaining to the matter of due process, the DMV, et al., and post a copy for your perusals. Penalizing me by taking my license because I used available symbolism to challenge the President for breaking law using the CIA is ridiculous. I really don’t have to play. But it’s become a habit and does take some of the time out of my day as catharsis. Saying “Bush is guilty of murder” is far closer to the truth than anyone calling jesus lord. (Lord of atonement 2.0!)
