I’m learning that rhetoric can be like a rifle round (bullet) if used properly when dealing with ignorance. Yesterday, a deputy at the courthouse was ordered to do something unconstitutional. I place no fault on the carrying out of the order and do not fault his lack of knowledge regarding the issue. He was told to inform me that wearing my shirt, (the one that said “Fuck The Draft and Constitutional Ignorance, Genesis is a Lie”) into the courtroom, would be an opportunity to go directly to jail. I was informed that I could wear the shirt outside the building, in the streets and in the hallway, but not in the courtroom. I offered my hands for the cuffs and he declined. A lawyer later came out to say that doing so would be viewed as an act of contempt (duh). I informed the lawyer to instruct the judge that American sovereignty extended from the hallway into the courtroom and did not have to use any duct tape or turn my shirt inside out for my mission to introduce the motion. I also said that free speech certainly included dissent and that the judge had every right to judge me to be in contempt (but unable to stop my dissent because the act of ordering me to jail as a penalty for my exercise of free speech was unconstitutional). Had the judge done so, the judge would have been in contempt of the United States Constitution, which the judge and the rest of the judiciary are already guilty of by allowing any holy book to be present in an American court of law. Does anyone see anything sharpening? Crystallization, one day at a time and only 9 months to go before wardick’s departure.

Sharing part of the tale of yesterday’s adventure with my son last night made him chuckle. My actions place a considerable amount of strain on the relationship because he was also heavily influenced by bastard judaism (in christ jesus). He’s working through the nonsensical incongruity shared by so many who “believe” falsely, and if I do go into print at some later date, he will better understand where I am coming from. Uncle Sam doesn’t need religious ignorance defining it’s foreign policy when the eschatology is sculpted from cornerstone fables and make believe for children.

The judge did the best she could do given the circumstances and has actually served in Iraq. There’s a difference between patriotism for the system and patriotism for the Constitution. She’s trying to straddle a fence that can not be straddled. Her willingness to serve the President by going into Iraq was also founded in constitutional ignorance that enabled deceit to manipulate while appearing as truth. She knows al Qaeda was not responsible for the invasion of Iraq, and that Iraq had nothing to do with 9.11. President Bush, et al., commenting otherwise, is like telling me I have to take my shirt off (bull shit). Would I have to turn my under wear inside out if it read Hanes and some judge disliked the sound of the word? It ’s silly nonsense coming from mind sets whose gluttony for religious ignorance has made them walking morons who think themselves true believers (in christ jesus!). True believers in christ jesus are second class, bastard jews helping ultra orthodoxy build zion. Sorry folks, it ain’t going to happen with judaism, ( christianity’s daddy) as a cornerstone. I really shouldn’t have to write another damn word. Just let the tomorrows play on until Bush has wasted the rest of his term trying to carry out a futile exercise for “heysus,” lord of atonement 2.0.

Learned something new in court today. If I follow the EPA’s lead, in about another nine months (the end of wardick’s presidency should ‘heysus’ tarry) I’ll be a whole new person. Remember, it’s “quality research” (study) not quantity of what needs to be studied!

It was my heart’s desire to place a motion before traffic court today and watch the judge remove the bible from Transylvania’s courtroom. It was, for lack of better words, a let down. : ( I thought we lived in a democracy and a citizen had the right to make a motion on whatever ‘said citizen’ might feel relevant and worthy of the court’s time. Spilling hot coffee at a fast food drive through has a better chance at scoring points than standing up to say let’s save lives in the middle east. It’s as though the judge saw it coming and did not want to declare publicly a decision to be either an American or a bastard jew. Transylvania, et al., is serving it’s self some wicked karma.

Well, you know what they say, the attrition from second effort can make a difference. Being, to my knowledge, the only resident claimant of the rotational “groundhog day” made famous by brother Bill, I’ll simply try a different way next time. If a motion won’t work, the rube’s force majeure might be an impossible pursuit! Where there’s a will there’s a way and I am not afraid to try. In fact, I find it more of a challenge (fun) without official legal assistance, though the bar was helpful today from both sides. There was some protest, but they even let me wear my shirt that said “Fuck the Draft and Constitutional Ignorance. Genesis is a Lie.” It was purchased for a designated assignment. I have been promised a visit to jail for contempt if I show up in Anson County wearing the shirt. (James Crowe Jr.?) Should I go “where graces entices” me? lol

Who knows? If it were not going to frost tonight and put some of the new maples in possible danger I might have stepped it up a notch. No hurry. If the EPA can pace it’s self and do nothing while Bush is in command of their busy schedule, I can kick back and trim the bonsai. Oh yeah, apologies to the judiciary for mistakenly blaming them for taking my license. I learned today it was the DMV. (big difference?) Actually, if the judge had recognized the symbolism it might have been thrown out. It wasn’t and now we get to consider what chapter to write next. I’ll try and find the time to actually write to the attorney general pertaining to the matter of due process, the DMV, et al., and post a copy for your perusals. Penalizing me by taking my license because I used available symbolism to challenge the President for breaking law using the CIA is ridiculous. I really don’t have to play. But it’s become a habit and does take some of the time out of my day as catharsis. Saying “Bush is guilty of murder” is far closer to the truth than anyone calling jesus lord. (Lord of atonement 2.0!)

The need to make ‘true believers hollow’ is the purpose of my mission as well as all others who serve the (unofficial) anti christ collective.  Human intellect that embodies truth trumps the fiction religion brings to every game.  Focusing on christianity forces  me to harpoon the ignorance of judaism because christianity is judaism.  Helping to free the body of christ from it’s bondage to judaism allows the lost believers to transcend the ignorance that is christ jesus or atonement 2.0: to wit : chucking “Heysus” into a volcano so those who believe the nonsense (the gospel) can go to heaven.

04.27.08 Corruption Against International Law

I’m still reading “STANDING UP TO THE MADNESS .” It helps sustain the focus* for my first civic project, removing the bible from an official presence in every American court of Law. Right now I’m in chapter 5, “Psychologists in Denial.” Page 129 has a quote I would like to share. “In a way, corrupting these military people offends me more than torturing people.” Jean Maria Arrigo. (* not really, Wardick is able!)

It’s a peculiar comment that’s easy to identify with, having been raised in the bowels of our military populace. The President has instructed the CIA to commit acts of torture that the United States prosecuted as “war crimes in Norway in 1948.” (pg. 122) Can anyone imagine Mc Cain elected and throwing our former President into irons for violating the Geneva Convention? Sweet Irony.

I’m quite sure that Transylvania’s traffic court was surprised that I would take up their time by stating we need to remove the bible from the courtroom and charge our President with first degree murder and high treason. I’d be even more surprised if they, the desire to petition and the charges, were found in any appropriate court documentation. Preemptive strike doctrine is murder and having Iraq general Abed Hamed Mowhoush, who surrendered while in uniform, suffocated in a sleeping bag was torture that became murder. What, you might ask, does that have to do with traffic court, a traffic citation and the suspension of my official driving privileges? (Thanks for letting me drive Pat where she sometimes needs to go. That’s not easy on our local Sheriff, and he has done his best given the difficulties he’s been handed. He certainly never asked for them and is innocent of any real impropriety. I say this so as to not interfere with his reelection should he decide to continue as sheriff. I might have something to say about the chief of police, though. Time will tell. lol (laughing out loud) )

Why the citation? The President does not have the authority to stand in the middle of the road and tell the CIA it can ignore the stop sign. The stop sign is US and international law. The uniformed officer directing the school bus traffic represents the President with his silly little signing statements, and the buses represent the CIA’s involvement with extraordinary rendition. I hope we get to the meat of this issue, as I believe I can show an ugly side to North Carolina’s racist bent. “James Crow, Jr. ((pg 172)).” I cannot paint the Anson County bar (which actually includes every lawyer in the state and it’s judges) in a  good light. Perhaps the truth will suffice. Can they handle the truth? Can I bring it? Will I be found in contempt for trying? If at first you don’t succeed, try again. I’ll be popping in and out of the courtroom* all summer. I intend to disrupt the process until they ban me from the building.

It’s fairly easy to find a way to get their* attention. Right now, my neighbor’s suffering from my opportunistic behavior, but I do not believe the trauma is irreversible. GrandPa : Fear is the real reason for the season of christ jesus. If you were to ask the President of the United States if he believed ‘that Satan was a real fallen angel’ I would wager his answer “yes.” My assumption is based on his comment that “christ changed his life.” All affection for jesus as portrayed in the new testament is predicated on the genesis account of creation, which later focused on reflecting eternal damnation toward all those who fail to find truth in judaism (christianity). The early tribes looked at the possibility of life after death differently, some with indifference and there may still be a sect or two who frowns on the notion of what some would call ‘the nonsense of continued life after our body expires.’

Granddaughter : So parents tell children these stories to lace them with fear of eternal damnation and the hope for good works and heaven in christ jesus?

GrandPa : Yes. In fact, polls show that many parents, also perceived by some to be adults who serve in federal government, believe that adam and eve were real, because their parents told them when they were children, and the doctrine was adopted like many others, without question. This trust laid the basis for an initial layer of ignorance created by the ‘fertile fallacies’ that comprise genesis. Adam, Eve, Satan, Christ and the Pope are not real. They are projections, with some becoming mortal and pretending to be holy and moral and righteous, or not.

Granddaughter : How do we escape the fear associated with years of instilled phobias built from the cornerstone of deceit? How do we rid our selves of the ignorance that predicated our belief structure? How do we reverse the damage done by ignorant parents who never questioned that the earth might not be flat or volcanoes required for salvation? (Vulcan 3:16)

GrandPa : It helps to recognize that what has been called the ‘great commission*’ is actually a backdoor call to zionism and it’s (stealth) ultra orthodoxy. 04.25.08  Sins of the CIA

Granddaughter : GrandPa, did the ‘christ’ also atone for the sins of America’s CIA? Can the blood of Jesus shield guilty American citizens from the reality of international law?  Will the consequences for their behavior be rendered mute? Can they escape their karma? Can we?

GrandPa :  Jesus did not die for the sins of institutions per se. He died because of his irate behavior when confronted with the doctrine of atonement and the perverted pharisaical desire to slaughter goats for communal catharsis. (That eye for an eye mentality now playing in a neighborhood near you.)  Jesus died because Jesus mastered ridicule and an ability to discern truth.  If he had called judaism “new age,”  what might christians think today? Would they be christians or Americans? You don’t have to be a rocket scientist to know that Adam and Eve were convenient products/characters  of make believe, the genesis for imagination.  Overly simplistic sophistication grew from butchering a scapegoat. The  primitive ‘volcano’ (hell’s fire)  atonement improvisation, with a wooden stick/cross and called a crucifixion, became a second generation placebo. The act produced another make believe ‘once and for all’ savior for the race called homo Sapiens, except for the many tribes of ultra orthodox jews, the creators of the idolatrous messiah/christ dogma. (a scapesavior) Remember Peter? Think of the new testament as Peter’s (et al.) kosher treats! Pete’s treats! for short. lol

What if karma could be twisted. It may be that 9.11 was CIA karma, with the question “was it direct or indirect?”, rendered mute by their current behavior.  The Pentagon has the capacity to plan an event like 9.11. It could even plant seeds and leave the cockpit door threat/contingency available for it’s horizon with the hijackers.  Imagine a Pentagon that would sacrifice a part of it’s self in order to serve America with a rebuttal of rampant militarism.

I still think the anthrax was related to their quest for covert power that turns our elected officials into parrots who cannot speak because a damn oath has rendered  accountability to the people null and void.  Militarism sucks almost as militarism under the control of Warbirds in our pentagon who pretend to know their Creator, serve Moses and the kingdom of “God.”

Granddaughter : What is the karma for a President who chooses to tear up our Constitution in order to serve his “God?”  (mammon)

GrandPa :  I don’t think my orracle has access to that fate. I can only speak for how the President’s actions (ripples) are focusing and influencing my own.  If he can tear up the Constitution while in the oval office, surely I can tear up a little old bible filled with lies while in a court of law. Think of the symbolism! (I’m hoping it will have cathartic value too! Contempt (?), loss of weight, more time to read and determine the next, the 2nd of twelve projects to utilize my time.)

Judaism : judaism began as another fabricated ‘new age religion.’ (Seven days = 13.7 billion years.) Jewish elders created an imaginary “deity,” with the help of an intellectual exercise called a covenant. The covenant, which included whacking off the foreskin of all males, turned Semites (the existing, indigenous homo Sapiens ) into imaginary ‘jews.’ When they lost their foreskin, they became “special” sons and daughters of their imagined creator and a false identity was born. They have been living with a false, fabricated identity ever since. There is no truth in their theology and no love in their hearts. They walk in a weak form of godliness and talk as though they know “God. ” They act as though their will was born and forged in the heart of their imaginary adversary, “Satan.” judaism is an evil tyranny that has millions of lives chained to it’s ignorance, ‘fertile fallacies‘ that folk believe is truth from the heavens. Religious ignorance is not truth. Judaism is ignorance generated by fiction to sculpt zionists and zionism. (Dr . Phil is on in the background. Folks who teach their children “there is a devil” are molesting their children with ignorance.)

Christianity : christianity* is a bastard sibling of judaism (as is islam*). Both* believe in an imaginary devil and molest their children with ignorance from the many little white lies (pericopes) they falsely call “God’s inerrant Word.” christianity is spoiled milk. It’s origin began as judaism reintroduced it’s self as the answer to all of humanities needs instead of just the tribes of Israel, those original folk who were talked into whacking off their foreskins so they could be blessed by an imaginary God created in their image. christians would call pacific rim islanders of olde pagans for throwing virgins into a volcano so the village would get rain for their crops. Yet, christians think it’s okay to throw an imaginary savior into a volcano if it brings salvation to their hearts and peace to their souls. Christians don’t see the connection. christians don’t think because they have been told not to think because thinking is from the devil and the jewish elders know everything christians need to know. “lean not unto thine own understanding.” kjv It’s the primary verse for tucking reason and logic into bed and saying you need not ever use them because we know the way, just trust us. (They are liars, just like the GOP.)

As an American with free speech, I can say I choose not to respect the ignorance in that book and involve myself in a civics’ project that requires the State of North Carolina to get the bible out of the god damn courtroom. “God” will continue to “damn America” until we do so! It’s time for religious ignorance to be raptured. Those in christ jesus are included because the doctrine of atonement, where ‘we’ allegedly need a christ, is bogus kudzu for a simple mind. There is no manna from a ‘divine.’

If my knowledge is correct, Tuesday, the 29th, will be the date I return to Transylvania’s courtroom and demand the bible be removed from it’s grotesque, ostentatious pedestal. I will not shrink from the task. You will see dexterity from this ass, speaking with constitutionally protected, vocal colour.

Granddaughter : GrandPa, what are or should be America’s priorities in the next administration?

GrandPa : The reality of global warming, penalties for orchestrating the conspiracy to dilute critical science as afforded by Exxon Mobile, (treason)  and lastly, but also firstly, America’s militarism. We begin by admitting any  equation must include the religious ignorance that dogs America’s leadership, ( fuzzy logic questions about Gog and Magog*) and realize it matters not who is what or whom. Even if we are washing their feet* with the President’s  use of unlawful first strike doctrine, we are in the same boat. Controlling how we use the oil in this next century is of primary import. Allowing big business to decide is suicide, using your sons and daughters as  human shields for American as well as global gluttony.

The illegal invasion of Iraq was accomplished with the guise of patriotism infused with the ‘spin’ or ‘charge of’ an illusory ‘democratic’ ‘light brigade.’ We are Shoring up our fossil fuel Achilles’ heal by using ‘blood for oil’ and blaming al Qaeda.  Our ignorant use energy that continues to pollute our environment, even my occasional grilling with charcoal or burning last years bamboo, are or should become taboo.

Closing America’s military bases should be first on the agenda. That will not be an easy task given the fact that christianity’s zeal for zionism has made it’s members whores of judaism. (”Peace through superior firepower.” Jesus)

I will not allow my American citizenship to silently acquiesce the presence of a bible in any court of law. ‘jewish’ folklore is indeed a shadow in our Transylvania courtroom and our citizens need to wake up and realize that Adam and Eve were make believe.  They did not walk upon the face of this earth in the flesh. I cannot remove the veil that keeps the body of christ in ignorance. They have homework to do which will do that. I can help remove the bibles from the courts and consider it a privilege to spend my time focused on that objective.   Bush is and always has been an ignorant servant of mammon. He was a perfect fit for the GOP, AIPAC and our many boys in the Pentagon who have chosen to wear Israeli blue. I am glad General Pace retired. The Pentagon’s leadership needs to be disbanded. Will it take a desire to draft to get that party started? “Vote for John Mc Cain! ”

We, the anti christ collective can multi task. Once the bible is gone, and no christian wants it in the courtroom, zionism will follow.  After zionism is gone there will be no real need for a military industrial complex, a Pope  or even a nation called Israel. Those jews that dwell in Tel Aviv should be grateful “Allah” will allow you to remain in the pre ‘67* boundaries. Granddaughter : GrandPa, why do many men and women, who sincerely believe they are godly, think it is important to pray in public? What could be so important that they would ignore the words they claim came from jesus, whom they also claim is “God,” specifically told them to keep their prayers private? Why do they think it is necessary to bring the name of Jesus into a county commissioners meeting or a football game, a bowling alley or a court of law?

GrandPa : If they had no knowledge of the above verses we could assume it was ignorance, but most ‘christians’ are students of the ‘word’ they falsely call holy. They know they are not suppose to pray in public if jesus is lord, but they do it anyway because jesus isn’t lord and they are all hypocrites if they pray in public. Not every one does that, just those whose ego and illusion of an evangelical call trumps the word of God and gives them the freedom to do what Jesus said not to. Apparently if your called to be ‘evangelical’ you can ignore the part about using closets and keeping prayer private. That way, “God” can bless the council meetings because someone brought their imaginary co-dependency to the quorum.

An argument could be made that prayer in public could help others who are lost find the prayee’s imaginary Lord. Surely, Jesus was aware of that possibility and forbade it. Why these christians ignore their ‘lord’ is another one of those mysteries that exist in their spiritual dyslexia because they have become fools in christ jesus by not listening to the words they tell everyone came form jesus. The New Testament christians suckle ignorance like candy. Leave your imaginary friend in the grave where those ‘god fearin’ brethren laid him and get a life! Being a lukewarm human beings ain’t “God’s” will and being in christ jesus is like bathing in lukewarm ignorance. God does not need to send an imaginary son into a volcano for the sins of the world.
