02.22.08  A Logical Incongruity

GrandPa :  Truth. Adam and Eve were critters of fiction. To say they were real is a contradiction.

To say that God created Adam and Eve, by using clay or especially a ‘rib’ bone, is a false truism or a ‘fertile fallacy.’ In North Carolina we don’t call it “bull” we call it ‘bull shit!’  (But ‘bush shit’ has become an acceptable synonym.)

02.21.08 Birds, Bees and DDT

Let’s begin with expansion. Let the birds and the bees become creation, et al. What do you suppose represents DDT? ( known to many as a pesticide that created environmental havoc and perhaps still does in third world countries where back door deals bring another ‘agent orange’ into their world of shadows. )

DDT isss Speech that’s not Free. Censorship in the name of national security, is rubbish. Rubbish has become manna for many serving in America’s judiciary, Pentagon, and houses of Congress. Oaths sworn on unholy books of fiction deprive our stewards of free speech when it’s needed. How’s about an act of Congress to undo all that hokum? Would the President veto it? Would the GOP cry foul? American business, which has expanded to become a global consortium, has an environmental footprint that must be recognized as detrimental to earth’s future. Clamping down on truth about overpopulation, resource shortages and spiritual ignorance being used as weapons of manipulation by P-5 can no longer be tolerated. Shall I say “fuck the brass for becoming Babylon’s ass?”

Without dialogue things will only get worse. I do not need structured anonymity. Any part of the American system that is clamped, in the name of security, is detrimental to the spirit of America. Think of it as an eagle born without wings. Free speech is what it is. You cannot restrict word usage with a taser and call it America. Those that desire “bible land’ live in a damn delusion, creating Phil’s Land Of Confusion. It’s time for the judiciary’s majority, the conservatives, to do one of two things. Grow some gnarly balls for Uncle Sam or resign. We don’t need christ clones on the bench. Look at what it did to the oval office. He’s a goddamned liar. Time for him to fear the ‘parchment.’

Seriously, nothing I’ve written can fall out of the category of catharsis. Denying it the right to benefit others is a violation of free speech. If it rubs you the wrong way get over it. Remember our motto? “In God We Trust?” Those who ‘trust’ are not fear mongers or naïve. Embrace the wind. You folk sowed it. If Exxon, et al. wants to sue, shouldn’t they be given the freedom to? Slander, etc. etc. etc. Don’t want the children to have access? Why? You prefer to spoon feed them fiction from a flat earth society that fears Gawd?

The administration need not fear God. Love’s got nothing to do with what happens tomorrow. You reap what you sow, don’t blame it on “God!”

Granddaughter :  GrandPa, is there a difference between the spirit of “God” and the spirit of ‘judaism?’

GrandPa : From whose perspective?

Granddaughter :  Let’s try the perspective of truth.

GrandPa : Well, as we ‘know’ it now, for many the jury is still out so far as the existence of “God” is concerned.  The spirit of judaism on the other hand leaves nothing to the imagination.  When you include it’s offspring, the bastard orthodoxies of christianity and islam, each having ‘heavenly respect’ for adam and eve and a ‘fallen’ snake that climbs trees, we digress into a puddle of nonsense.

Granddaughter :  Why is it a puddle of nonsense?

GrandPa : Well, God is omnipotent love, able to do all things until the day of judgment. Then God decides not to be omnipotent love, becomes judgmental and cast many into the flames of hell’s fires.  Then  sits back down to hear a chorus of “Amazing grace.”

Granddaughter :  GrandPa, you mock the faith that many take quite seriously.

GrandPa : No dear, I mock the ignorance they believe in quite deliriously.  Do you really think the spirit of “God” requires someone to be thrown into a volcano?

Dear Ann,
I consider it a privilege to write to one of the most ‘godless’ people living in the U.S. of A to say “good morning, how the hell are you?” Sorry, we have not been formerly introduced. My name is elford, though I have several aliases always trying to rear their views at Pandorr‘s Triangle. Have you heard about the latest exploits from the ‘raintree kid’ from WNC’s Transylvania county? That ’silly fuck’ thinks he’s going to remove the bible from every courtroom and federal building in America and he’s giving you the praise!  He says that ‘christ’ clones like you and ‘papa bear’ are making America sick and he aims to be a balm to the nation by lancing the boil that festers with the religious ignorance many Americans believe to be ‘the word of Gawd.’  Ann, did you know that “God” is not a misogynist?  Do you care? The fact that your still trying to play ball with the GOP tells me you are just as superficial as the rest of mammon’s whores.

Don’t you want to be real? Hell, you can even be an American if you want, we’ll forgive you. Bible land is for children who’ve never learned to eat meat, or live in the real world. Would you like to learn to eat meat?  Sir Trippedalot says he would welcome an opportunity to bring you up to speed and meet your need. He says he can “feel your pain!” Let me know if he can help as he also does ‘booty calls!’  (He’s not proud and often says it has something to do with his swine genes.)

02.16.08  Truisms That Ain’t

Truism : an undoubted or self evident truth, esp. one too obvious or trifling to mention.

It’s an interesting word. I’m thinking the expression “you cannot walk on water”  is a genuine truism, and John 3:16 the exact opposite, a verse everyone assumes to be true when it’s not.  Think about it. Why would “God” need a volcano and a virgin born son?  Symbolism?  The imaginary story about Eve being the guilty instigator who taints all women, making virginity an important theological issue?

Comedian Ron White’s got another, “You can’t fix stupid!” I’m hoping that Ron is wrong too, otherwise “God” will never be able to bless America.

The ‘doctrine of inerrancy’ tries to turn everything into truisms. Genesis is the cornerstone for monotheistic ignorance, (chickenshit)  “and that’s the truth.”

02.15.08  Transylvania’s ACC

As the founding member the TACC, I consider it an obligation to bring definition and clarity to bear on those 3 initials, which are  not to be confused with the  Atlantic Coast Conference.   Flexibility allows for  other combinations, but essentially the three letters are meant to convey either the ‘Anti Christ Club’ or the ‘Anti Christ Collective.’ (A third might be ‘Anti Christ Cupids.’)   My own personal preference is biased by my affection for the work of Gene Rodenberry (Welcome to Roddenberry.com)  and his unique use of science fiction. It  included “STARTREK ” and the “Borg ” (collective) .  If it should ever get to the legal need for someone to change the use of these three letters, I expect it will be the  Atlantic Coast Conference (as the need for social redemption trumps ‘Bball.’).

Avenues of social redemption, enabled by  those things which are socially redemptive, vary from everyone’s own personal perspectives. I choose at this time a view which allows my identity as an American to counter the ignorance that is ‘christ jesus,’ hence the name ACC. At this point there is only one prerequisite for membership. Intellectual honesty. As an American, I am free to ‘pollinate’ those who may be in need of a better view.  I do not take the opportunity to influence others as lightly as some may think. I do not believe my blog is detrimental to a genuinely American society. In fact, my own catharsis is dependent on helping bring definition to that society.  May I revert again to my preference for minimalism and close with another modified stanza for my neighbors who think local town meetings require the ‘name of Jesus’ and prayer openings to escape ‘the wrath of God?’

Tyranny comes in many flavors. Thomas (Jefferson) didn’t tolerate it and I choose not to either.
