Granddaughter : Grandpa, where did the fraction 3/5th’s come from?
GrandPa : Some might say it came from the future, but others think idealism transcends the boundary of time
Granddaughter : Why 3/5th’s ?
GrandPa : Because 5/5th’s wouldn’t fit the time frame. Slavery was and is a difficult nut to crack. Reverse engineering the doctrine of equality began with 3/5th’s as a process, a work in progress, an attribute of America’s manifest destiny, to bring real equality to the nations of the earth. She cannot do it alone and has currently deviated from her intended purpose. One might call it collateral damage from the military industrial complex. That two headed beast is no figment of my imagination.
Granddaughter : So 3/5th’s was used to begin the disassembly of racial and species bigotry, documenting the hope our founding ‘mothers’ and ‘fathers’ had for the eventual, actual 5/5th’s achievement to be the cornucopia of Aquarian revelation?
GrandPa : Yes. Baby steps for a new paradigm where primitive religious views evaporate when confronted with fuzzy logic’s ability to defy norms (levitation neutralizes gravitational inertia created by religious ignorance, just like electronic voting and unconstitutional court interference neutralizes the electoral college). There was no Adam, no act of creation from clay, Eve did not come from Adam’s rib, she didn’t tempt fate and was never cursed by her maker. That’s all fiction.

The societal goal of 5/5th’s becomes vastly easier when evolution is recognized as being the primary reason homo Sapiens exist today. No seven days of wonder, just billions and billions of ‘days’ of awe.

12.28.07 pacifism

If your pacifism gets you killed, is it really pacifism? Can activists be pacifists? Must we be martyrs? Are we not free to choose the path we think is most beneficial? At least some of us? Is choice an easy matter when confronted with the possibility of manipulation? Histrionics are complicated, eh!

Israel’s Prime Minister just told the world or at least the Palestinians that they should go “Fuck themselves.” (Again.) Its been going on for forty years ? Stealing the West Bank with destruction while bulldozers either make new settlements or expand illegal ones while pretending not to build more with activity continuing, undaunted. America’s GOP just laugh and laugh. “America doesn’t care if we’re ‘closet zionist.’ See, no one really gives a damn. Why change?”

For 40 years it’s been this way. Now Americans are literally ‘dying for oil’ while the GOP tries using the smoke from mirrors as means to sail around the presidential idiocy that now seeks to destroy the party. “Where the hell did all this chaos come from? Isn’t Jesus, Lord? Where’s Rove? Is the ship sinking? Should we bail? Should we cast lots with Lott?”

Israel would never act with such arrogance were it not for ‘knowing’ they have America’s ‘bastard (orthodox) jews’ in their ‘proverbial‘ hip pocket. “We can do what ever we like. If you punish us, we won’t let Jesus be ‘Lord’ and heaven won’t be established right here on earth!” Israel doesn’t need Jehovah’s protection, it has the body of christ, or ‘Jesus the Lord’ to protect it’s sorry ass from the world’s angst at their decadence, their distinctly jewish ‘love with apartheid.’ (Vaginal Jim’s “tough rods!”)

Israel’s many self described ‘sins’ are beyond the help of even a butchered goat’s shed blood, let alone that of it’s own citizens. Right now they have exceeded what might have been capable had the goat even been born from a virgin or been conceived immaculately by a holy spirit. Israel’s ignorance even exceeds the gracious parameters of an orbiting ‘christ jesus.’ There is no hope. Circumcision alone just wont get it done. Time to part the waters and evacuate the ignorance that flows through the veins of Israel’s orthodox believers. Time to leave the West Bank to Allah’s children, not David’s.

GOP alchemy cannot handle this reality, the complete withdrawal from the West Bank and the restoration of the Palestinians homeland, I mean. Rove cannot turn their ‘ball and chain’ into angel’s wings. No ‘christian’ God would want to either.

12.26.07  Potential Imagery

What can make tomorrow a little better than today? How do we tune ourselves to see ‘silver linings’ or use our government to make lemonade out of the “T.U.R.D. works” from “No Child Left Behind,” (just intellect) et al. (Which includes the s.k.u.n.k. work of P-5 and our Supreme Court, two sides of the same skunk.)

What if we imagined America as the unsinkable “Titanic?” It’s quite easy, think “manifest destiny!” (Someone told a lie!) What, pray tell, could be Uncle Sam’s  “Nemesis, ”  his Achilles heel, if you will?  It can be seen in broad daylight and is known to many, simply as the GOP.  Actually, viewing the GOP as an iceberg floating anywhere on the planet is quite amusing. With ‘planetary’ global warming being what it is, and the GOP being what it has become, one is destined to become an extinct and truthless, lifeless shell.

The ‘GOP’ spoke to me on Christmas. It used the voice of it’s current huckleberry, Mike! (Campaigning on the holiest day of the year?)   Mike personifies the tip of the iceberg, the voice of the iceberg, and even looks a little like Jerry . Must be those Baptist roots and all that fried chicken. I’ve come to the conclusion that’s why Senator Brokeback, from Kansas, dropped out of the party’s limelight, because he didn’t eat enough chicken, not because he was once an American who became a protestant and then a catholic who lost his way and became a republican. People in the South want you to ‘look’ like they do. Curly hair is okay, Sam. Just eat more (fried) chicken.  “Huckleberry and BrokeBack” 2008    ‘Republicans versus the Philistines!’

Seriously though, the religious ignorance the GOP and it’s klannish mindset brings to the table is the ‘berg’ that ‘wills’ to destroy America’s uniqueness.  It’s hard to fathom a pagan religion like Judaism telling a nation it cannot be pagan unless it’s orthodox paganism, founded upon the cornerstone of atonement’s great deception.  Worshipping a ‘christ goat’ or ‘lamb of god’ as redeemer of any people or land only pushes the people and land further into the shadows of ignorance. Christianity isn’t real, children, but “God” has ordained that American democracy will be.  It comes from exposing the lie. (3/5ths becomes 5/5ths*.)

When there is or was “no original sin” there can be no,  nor was there any, separation from “God.” Anyone who says otherwise is probably a born again idiot speaking with the tongue of idiocy in the false spirit and name of “Jesus!”  Why is there only one Bishop willing to speak truth and recognize that the bible is filled with little white lies? There were no virgin births, no immaculate conceptions, no visits to hell to reclaim the keys to eternal life, no judgment day.  Just tomorrow, maybe. 12.22.07  An Essay on Bastard Judaism

Tis the season to be jolly, to frolic, “ to amuse oneself.” (Merriam Webster)  Laughter in unexpected places helps to relieve tension. Can it help the soul transcend societal ignorance, assuming that we have one? Transcend barriers?  First, the barriers must be defined. Bethel A and Bethel B,{ when viewed as an exercise in primitive fundamentalism, polarizing it’s self with nonsense that created strife and division, righteous indignation, stone throwing, name calling, (“liberals, faggots, etc.”) and general mayhem in the name of grace and tough love,} miss the mark when it comes to enabling love toward one another.  Their legalism became a thorn, driving them into separate, but equal, clusters of uniformed ignorance. They sought “wisdom, knowledge and understanding.” They found fool’s gold, virgins and volcano sacrifices, a culture where babies birthed from holy virgins became glorious scapegoats for the sins of many and the needs of the few! (Trickle up theory, atonement economics)

Many  Americans have become neutered by atonement 2.0. The damage can be undone by recognizing that the story of creation, Adam and Eve, the fall and subsequent need for atonement are all false. There has never been any separation from “God.” That’s the big lie. The kiss of the sun for pardon is a reflection of perfect love. Love is redemptive and does not need or use fear, the fear of, or practice of, TORTURE, like the christians do using their fear based hyperbole as evangelical wild cards,

Placeboes are beneficial up to a point. If you believe and that creates change that harms none, more power to you. You can not walk on water. Bastard judaism isn’t real because judaism isn’t real either. They are bred from the same lie. For those who want to keep Jesus in the season, how about doing it with reality? If Jesus was/is the reason, a reason that was hijacked from the intended purpose, then the intended purpose must become clear and replace the illusion bred by the conspiracy to deceive.  Enter the antichrist, who pronounces atonement 2.0 to be bogus, that Israel has never known God and that he or she is acting just like Jesus.

Our President wants the world to believe that Jesus is his personal co-pilot.  That’s why he proclaimed on the campaign trail that “christ changed” his life!  He wanted the evangelical community to know that “God” was in control of his life and his name was “Jesus!”  The christian right loves idolatry and bought the whole deal, hook, line and sinker. Dubya’s affection for atonement 2.0 was transformed. How do you like his blood for oil diplomacy?

How long has it been since you asked yourself the question why is blood being shed? The answer has nothing to do with 9.11.  The President illegally invaded the nation of Iraq. Over a million of their citizens have died as a result of what we euphemistically call “collateral damage.”  “Sorry” just doesn’t cut the mustard. America will not sweep this ‘discretion’ under the carpet like it has so many times before.  The Bush Administration has become the proverbial straw that broke the party’s back. There are no stems cells available to fix their problem.

On a brighter note, the issue of stem cell research will be resolved in  humanitarian manner,  and many will benefit from their miraculous, regenerative benefits.  Those who benefit from their usage could call themselves the Lazarus clan!

How do we go about excusing God when preemptively planned action requires our leadership to deliberately lie to the nation about ‘yellow cake’ and it’s adherence to our constitution? (“We do not torture!”) National security does not supercede our call to treat the earth as if it were holy and those who live elsewhere as equals. (“We do not torture!”) It’s silly for the GOP to think this will continue to stand in light of growing evidence to the contrary. (a diversion?) Republican complicity in the quest to undo our bill of rights, our manifest destiny, is plain for all to see. America is not free. She keeps peace with dungeons. Dragons require an eye for an eye.

The EPA just told the world America was not serious about dealing with global warming. A Bush chimp told California it’s desire to set standards to improve the environment simply were not “kosher.” (“Federal impotence cannot be superceded.” Exxet al.) The GOP sleeps, eats, and breathes with concern for what is and what is not “kosher.” All together now, “God bless the GOP!”

12.20.07  Duh.

Heard a candidate speak earlier about life beginning at conception. His point being?  All life as we know it began with what most of us now accept to have been a big bang*. After several billion years the earth was conceived and has matured into a marvelous creation (*“13.7” billion to date ; ) ). It was a multi-dimensional paradise until we came along. Our lack of insight into what really matters is costing us dearly. The environment, without serious intervention, is headed for a tailspin. Overpopulation, overtaxed resources, and primitive fundamentalism are pushing our planet’s many species toward extinction

“When life begins for a human embryo” has little relevance as God has virtually no interest in the matter.  Think differently?   Let’s say your right, even though a woman has been raped, conceives and does not desire to give birth to the unwanted embryo/fetus.  You say potential for life should not be allowed to be undone or aborted by a woman, or a woman and her doctor. Let’s say your right! We establish a ban on all abortion. No exceptions.

You say “God is omnipotent” and that “God is love.”  When a woman miscarries  will she be charged with murder?  If you determine that she was not to blame, that it was an act of “God”,  is God not the abortionist?   The argument is lame. Miscarriages happen all the time. If God were involved there would be no need for miscarriages, as the attribute of love would make every infant’s birth perfect. It doesn’t work that way because many of the activities that happen do not require “God’s” assistance. God doesn’t choose eye color for us, but I think our parents may indirectly have something to do with it.  If in fact our dna, during conception and shortly there after, goes awry, a miscarriage can occur. We don’t question “God” for allowing it to happen. It’s easy to imagine some even get angry for “God” allowing the miscarriage to transpire in the first place.  God is virtually absent. Simple evolution is allowed freewill. The right of choice exists at many levels and includes the female of our species with or without her significant other.
